Customer Support – International Voice Process

Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International Voice
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Location: New Town, Kolkata

Job Overview

We are hiring experienced candidates for the International Voice Process. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in international calling and possess excellent spoken English and customer-handling skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in international calling

Strong verbal communication skills in English

Excellent listening, probing, and customer-handling skills

Ability to handle international customer queries professionally

Salary and Benefits

CTC: ₹3.6 LPA to ₹3.9 LPA
Approximate In-Hand Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Salary Hike: Up to 30% over the last drawn salary, subject to the maximum salary offer

Work Schedule

Working Days: 5 days a week
Weekly Offs: 2 rotational offs
Shift: Rotational shifts

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions for an International Travel Voice Process.

Understand customer requirements and provide accurate, professional support.

Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining service quality.

Use effective probing and active listening to identify customer needs.

Communicate clearly and confidently with international customers.

Follow company policies, process guidelines, and customer service standards.

Ensure a positive customer experience through professional query resolution.
