Job Description – Admin & Data Entry Executive

Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Documentation – 50%
- Enter and update data accurately in company software and Excel.
- Maintain records, files, reports, and documentation.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports as required.
- Verify data accuracy and maintain proper records.
- Manage digital and physical documents.
Administration – 50%
- Handle day-to-day office administrative activities.
- Maintain office files, registers, and stationery records.
- Coordinate with employees and different departments.
- Assist in maintaining attendance and employee records.
- Ensure proper document management and smooth office operations.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Freshers can apply; prior experience will be preferred.
