Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Documentation – 50%

• Enter and update data accurately in company software and Excel.
• Maintain records, files, reports, and documentation.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports as required.
• Verify data accuracy and maintain proper records.
• Manage digital and physical documents.

Administration – 50%

• Handle day-to-day office administrative activities.
• Maintain office files, registers, and stationery records.
• Coordinate with employees and different departments.
• Assist in maintaining attendance and employee records.
• Ensure proper document management and smooth office operations.
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Freshers can apply; prior experience will be preferred.
