Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Nungabakkam - Chennai

Timing: 10am to 10pm

Strictly needed someone with Retail Textile Background \| Other retail background preferred

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the textile showroom, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, managing staff, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

• Manage daily store operations and achieve sales targets for the store.
• Lead, train and supervise the store team, monitor performance and ensure excellent customer service.
• Oversee stock availability, inventory accuracy, billing and store presentation.
• Coordinate customer measurements, trials, alterations and deliveries with the relevant teams.
• Resolve customer concerns, build relationships to encourage repeat business and report store performance to the Sales Head.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Textile Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Apparels/ luxury wears, Mens wear showroom management or retail store supervision.
• Strong knowledge of textile products, fabrics, and retail sales techniques.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve operational issues.
• Leadership \& People Management, Sales \& Customer Focus.
