We're Hiring \| Associate - Talent Acquisition
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team.
- Experience
- Minimum 2 Years
- Education
- Any Graduate or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred). MBA (HR) will be an added advantage.
- Industry Preference
- Manufacturing
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
- Experience in hiring for technical and non-IT roles
- End-to-end recruitment experience, from sourcing to onboarding
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the manufacturing industry will be preferred
