We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team.

Experience

Minimum 2 Years

Education

Any Graduate or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred). MBA (HR) will be an added advantage.

Industry Preference

Manufacturing

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
• Experience in hiring for technical and non-IT roles
• End-to-end recruitment experience, from sourcing to onboarding
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in the manufacturing industry will be preferred
