We’re Hiring | Commis I – Chinese Cuisine | Crowne Plaza New Delhi Mayur Vihar

At Crowne Plaza, we believe great hospitality begins with great food! We’re looking for a passionate, skilled, and enthusiastic Commis I – Chinese Cuisine to join our culinary team and bring authentic flavours, creativity, and consistency to every plate.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Culinary Excellence – Preparing authentic Chinese dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and quality.

Kitchen Operations – Assisting in daily kitchen preparation, mise en place, and smooth service operations.

Quality & Consistency – Following standard recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines.

Food Safety & Hygiene – Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards at all times.

Teamwork – Working closely with the Chef and culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Learning & Development – Exploring new techniques, improving culinary skills, and staying updated with Chinese cuisine trends.

What we’re looking for

Relevant experience in Chinese cuisine, preferably in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.

Knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, sauces, and kitchen equipment.

A passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail.

Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Candidates based in Delhi/NCR will be preferred.
