Drive Numbers: Own the team's weekly and monthly admission conversion targets. Optimize Funnels: Monitor call quality, track lead response times, and manage CRM pipelines. Close the Big Deals: Step in to handle high-value admissions and resolve student/parent escalations. ⚡ What We Are Looking For A proven track record in EdTech sales, admissions, or business development. Strong leadership skills—someone who leads by example and thrives under targets. Data-driven mindset with sharp communication and negotiation skills.
