Senior Marketing Executive

Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our online real estate application and onboard builders, developers, and construction companies onto the platform. The candidate will be responsible for marketing the app, explaining its services and benefits, building business relationships, and generating revenue by acquiring new clients. The platform aims to provide comprehensive online real estate services to builders and developers. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach builders, real estate developers, construction companies, and property owners to promote the online platform. Explain the app's features, services, subscription plans, and business benefits to potential clients. Onboard builders and developers onto the platform and assist them in listing their projects and properties. Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, online marketing, networking, and referrals. Conduct meetings and presentations with builders, developers, and construction company representatives. Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients to encourage long-term partnerships. Promote paid subscriptions, advertising packages, project listings, and other platform services. Follow up with prospective clients, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into business opportunities. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. Maintain client databases, sales reports, and daily activity updates.
