Roles & Responsibilities

Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements for home and office furniture

Explain product features, materials, pricing, and customization options to customers

Guide customers in selecting suitable furniture based on their needs and budget

Achieve quarterly sales targets and earn incentives as per company policy

Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals

Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order status and timely delivery

Ensure proper documentation of sales orders, invoices, and customer details

Handle customer queries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions

Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and proper product arrangement

Stay updated with new furniture designs, trends, and materials

Skills Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer handling and relationship management skills

Basic knowledge of furniture materials (wood, fittings, finishes)

Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products

Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude

Presentable personality

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
