Showroom Sales Executive

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements for home and office furniture
• Explain product features, materials, pricing, and customization options to customers
• Guide customers in selecting suitable furniture based on their needs and budget
• Achieve quarterly sales targets and earn incentives as per company policy
• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order status and timely delivery
• Ensure proper documentation of sales orders, invoices, and customer details
• Handle customer queries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions
• Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and proper product arrangement
• Stay updated with new furniture designs, trends, and materials

Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer handling and relationship management skills
• Basic knowledge of furniture materials (wood, fittings, finishes)
• Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
• Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude
• Presentable personality

Pay

₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
