Job Summary

As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and secure environment at the front end of our hotel

Exp: Min 2 year experience in Hotel

Duties

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons

Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers at the front end

Operate CCTV systems to monitor activities in designated areas

Respond to alarms and security incidents promptly

Handle conflict management situations professionally and efficiently

Assist with loss prevention efforts by being vigilant and observant

Maintain a clean and organized front end area

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
