Job Summary

Royal Drive is looking for a customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer enquiries, coordinate appointments, follow up on leads, and ensure smooth communication throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries through calls and other communication channels.

Follow up on leads and coordinate customer appointments.

Maintain customer information, CRM records, and daily MIS reports.

Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely responses to enquiries.

Ensure effective lead management and minimize lead leakage.

Build positive customer relationships and support customer satisfaction.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or CRM; freshers may apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

Customer-oriented attitude with good follow-up and coordination skills.
