Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 Years
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: As per experience and interview

Job Responsibilities

Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.

Manage room reservations, bookings and guest enquiries.

Handle telephone calls, emails and walk-in guests.

Prepare guest bills, invoices and payment records.

Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B and Accounts departments.

Maintain guest registration forms and front office records.

Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.

Maintain room status, booking records and shift handover reports.

Assist with night audit duties as required.

Required Skills

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel front office operations.

Knowledge of hotel PMS/software and reservation procedures.

Good communication and guest-handling skills.

Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.

Professional personality, punctuality and a customer-focused attitude.
