Job Title

Operations & Documentation Executive – Freight Forwarding / NVOCC

Location

Cochin, Kerala

Job Type

Full‑time (9.30 am to 6.30 pm)

Key Responsibilities

Handle day‑to‑day operations related to NVOCC and freight forwarding.

Prepare and manage shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, invoices, surrender requests, IGM/SCMTR filings, etc.).

Coordinate with shipping lines, ports, and customs authorities for smooth cargo movement.

Monitor vessel schedules, container status, and ensure timely updates to clients.

Support import/export clearance processes and liaise with CHA/customs brokers.

Maintain records and follow up with clients for payments and compliance.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (preferably commerce/logistics background).

1–3 years of experience in NVOCC / freight forwarding operations, port handling, or documentation.

Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Good knowledge of shipping processes, customs documentation, and MS Office.

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
