Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to handle customer, provide accurate information, resolve customer queries, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The role requires adherence to defined SOPs, effective communication, and timely coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer leads professionally and efficiently and push for conversion. Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information as per SOPs. Resolve customer queries.

Follow call handling guidelines and quality standards.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Maintain a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

0-1 years of experience in customer relationship, contact center, telecalling, or a similar role.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in Malayalam, English – Mandatory

Good communication, interpersonal, and customer handling skills.

Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Working Details

Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational Off)
Working Hours: 9 Hours per Day (1 hour break).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
