Incept Living Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, customer-oriented, and sales-driven Customer Relationship Executive to meet prospective customers, understand their interior requirements, and develop business opportunities.

This role involves regular travel to customer locations and project sites for sales meetings and consultations.

Key Responsibilities

Visit prospective customers at their homes and project sites for sales meetings.

Understand customer requirements, budgets, timelines, and interior design expectations.

Present Incept Living's interior design and execution services to potential customers.

Follow up on enquiries, meetings, quotations, and prospective projects.

Coordinate with the design and estimation teams to arrange quotations and customer presentations.

Track sales opportunities and provide updates on follow-ups and conversion status.

Identify new business opportunities through customer visits and referrals.

Requirements

Willingness to travel regularly to customer locations and project sites is mandatory.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.

Ability to build relationships, negotiate, and follow up consistently.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and customer data management.

Previous experience in sales, customer relationship management, or field marketing is preferred.

Experience in interiors, real estate, construction, or furniture will be an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
