Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Handle all customer enquiries received through the dedicated support number, providing prompt and professional assistance.
- Online Reputation Management
- Monitor and respond to Google Reviews and social media enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Outlet Coordination
- Direct customers to the nearest or most suitable outlet and coordinate with outlet teams to address their requirements.
- Complaint Management
- Track customer complaints, coordinate resolutions, and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Reporting
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints, and share periodic reports with management.
