Job Responsibilities

• -----------------------
• Operate Tool Room machines.
• Repair and maintain plastic injection moulds.
• Perform mould assembly and fitting.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Operate machines like

+ Milling Machine

+ Lathe (Turning)

+ Surface Grinder

+ EDM

+ Drill Machine

+ Band Saw

+ Sand Blasting Machine

• Check mould quality before production.
• Follow 5S and safety rules.

Required Skills

• ------------------
• Experience in Tool Room.
• Knowledge of plastic injection moulds.
• Hands-on experience in mould maintenance.
• Able to read basic engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
