It is a global company that manufactures plastic packaging for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. The Kundli plant produces plastic bottles, vials, caps, and closures used by leading pharmaceutical companies.

Job Responsibilities

-----------------------
Operate Tool Room machines.
Repair and maintain plastic injection moulds.
Perform mould assembly and fitting.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Operate machines like

+ Milling Machine

+ Lathe (Turning)

+ Surface Grinder

+ EDM

+ Drill Machine

+ Band Saw

+ Sand Blasting Machine

Check mould quality before production.
Follow 5S and safety rules.

Required Skills

------------------
Experience in Tool Room.
Knowledge of plastic injection moulds.
Hands-on experience in mould maintenance.
Able to read basic engineering drawings.
Knowledge of measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
