Core responsibilities
Customer support: Answer calls, assist with service or product questions, and help customers with issues related to their accounts or orders.
- Problem-solving
- Troubleshoot problems, resolve complaints, and follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Sales and orders
- Place orders, process payments, and identify sales opportunities by recommending products or services.
- Data management
- Document all call details, update customer information in a database, and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
