A Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable cinema experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and assist with tickets, seating, and show timings.

Assist with food and beverage services.

Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in cinema areas.

Follow safety procedures and company standards.

Coordinate with team members for smooth cinema operations.

Required Skills

Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation may be preferred depending on the role.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Positive attitude and teamwork.

Ability to work in flexible shifts, including weekends.

Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
