Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can handle our international clients for our digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Design).

Key Responsibilities

Handle client queries via Email, Chat, and Calls for US/UK market

Coordinate with internal team (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media) to resolve client issues

Maintain client records, tickets, and follow-ups in CRM

Ensure high CSAT and client retention

Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions

Requirements

Excellent written and spoken English - Must for international market

Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media)

Experience with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, Zendesk preferred

Willing to work in US night shift

Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Candidates from Digital Marketing Agency background

Experience handling US/UK clients
