Job Summary

We are looking for a Patient Calling Executive to handle patient communication for US healthcare clients. The role involves making and receiving patient calls, assisting with appointments, follow-ups, and providing accurate information while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally.
• Assist patients with appointments, scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services and patient requirements.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve patient queries.
• Maintain accurate patient information and call records in the EHR/CRM system.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments, referrals, test results, or other assigned requirements.
• Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and healthcare privacy standards.
• Meet assigned quality, productivity, and call-handling targets.

Requirements

• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening and customer-handling skills.
• Experience in US healthcare, patient calling, or healthcare BPO preferred.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in US/night shifts.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
