Reporting To: CRM Manager / Service Manager / Branch Manager

A Customer Relationship Executive (CRE – PSF) in a two-wheeler automobile dealership conducts post-service follow-up calls, gathers customer feedback, and resolves after-sales service concerns to improve brand loyalty and the dealership’s Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
