Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective property owners and clients.

Understand customer requirements and identify potential real estate opportunities.

Explain Lease-It’s services clearly and professionally to property owners and prospective clients.

Generate qualified leads from both property owners and clients.

Schedule appointments for the field sales team with interested owners and clients.

Maintain accurate customer information, call details, and follow-up records.

Follow up with prospective owners and clients to improve lead conversion and appointment success.

Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners and clients.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead generation, and appointment targets.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
