Salary

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, enquiries, complaints and service-related requests.
• Make outbound calls for customer follow-ups and feedback collection.
• Register customer complaints and generate service requests in the CRM system.
• Track open, pending and closed customer calls and complaints.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer databases, call logs and follow-up records.
• Update complaint status, resolution details and closure remarks in the CRM.
• Prepare daily call reports and customer complaint MIS.
• Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Customer handling and complaint management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
• Strong follow-up, coordination and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers.

Working Conditions

Office-based role involving regular customer calling, complaint tracking, CRM data entry and coordination with internal departments.
