Call Center Trainer – Life Insurance

Experience: 2–5 years
Industry: Life Insurance / BPO / Call Center

Job Responsibilities

Train new and existing agents on life insurance products, processes, and sales techniques.

Provide training on customer handling, objection handling, and sales conversion.

Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.

Conduct assessments, call quality reviews, and refresher training.

Monitor agent performance and identify training needs.

Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams to improve productivity and sales performance.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience in call center training, preferably in life insurance.

Strong knowledge of life insurance products and telesales processes.

Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
