Job description

Infoniks is a reputed professionally managed Pvt ltd, Security and Surveillance Systems integrator based in Kochi . We are looking for young and energetic candidates with 1-2 years experience in tellecalling for payment collections from Corporate Clients

Roles and Responsibilities: -

Responsible for handling payment follow up from customers over the phone.
Update the collection list on a daily basis.

Desired Candidate Profile: -

Good communication skills

Knowledge of Tally desirable.

3. Basic Computer skills in Word and Excel is required
