Key Responsibilities
Patient & Provider Communication: Handling inbound and outbound calls for appointment scheduling, re-scheduling, cancellations, same, patient concerns.
Information & Inquiry Management: Providing information on healthcare services, understanding insurance policies, and interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOB).

- Accurately documenting calls, managing data reports, and ensuring all information is entered correctly into systems.
- Quality & Compliance
- Adhering to strict quality standards and maintaining the confidentiality of patient information.
