A telecaller is the primary phone touchpoint between a company and its clients, responsible for making outbound sales or lead-generation calls, handling inbound customer queries, and updating CRM databases to meet daily productivity and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound & Inbound Calling: Reach out to prospective leads to pitch products or services, or answer incoming support and inquiry calls.

Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Assess customer interest, follow up on warm or cold leads, and schedule appointments or site visits for the sales team.

CRM & Data Management: Log call outcomes, update customer profiles, and track follow-ups accurately in company software like TeleCRM or Excel.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Communication: Clear, polite verbal delivery in English and regional languages like Hindi.
Resilience: Patience and the ability to handle rejection or repeat calls calmly.
Technical Literacy: Basic computer navigation, keyboard skills, and CRM familiarity.

Education & Experience: Typically requires a 12th pass or High School Diploma, with 0 to 2 years of prior telecalling or BPO experience preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
