About the Role

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our international voice process. You will handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers, resolve their queries, and deliver a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle calls from international customers professionally and courteously

Understand customer concerns and resolve them on the first call wherever possible

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies

Document call details and actions in the CRM system

Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

Escalate complex issues to the right team or supervisor

Follow company processes and compliance guidelines

Requirements

Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent

Minimum qualification

HSC / Graduate (any stream)

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates

Good listening, problem-solving, and typing skills

Comfortable working night shifts, rotational shifts, and rotational week offs

Basic computer knowledge
