Job Description: DOMESTIC/ CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE Location: Koramangala, Bangalore, Karnataka Qualification: PUC/ ANY GRADUATE Requirements: Freshers with good HINDI and ENGLISH speaking skills Eligibility: FRESHERS/ EXP only up to 6 months Salary:20,000-23,000 Working days: 6 days/ 1 say off Working Hours: 10:00-07:00pm Job Role: The role involves outbound telesales and customer support for insurance renewal services. The company provides leads, and candidates will contact existing customers regarding the renewal of their insurance policies. Candidates will: - Call customers whose insurance policies are due for renewal - Inform them about renewal offers and discounts (up to 70%) - Assist customers with renewal-related queries - Coordinate with the support team whenever required - Maintain customer records and follow up on leads provided by the company INTERESTED CANDIDATES CAN DIRECTLY APPLY.
