Key ResponsibilitiesManage, supervise, and motivate a team of sales executives or telecallers. Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure their achievement. Monitor team performance, productivity, call quality, and conversion rates. Conduct daily team briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews. Guide team members on sales techniques, customer handling, and lead conversion. Handle customer escalations and resolve complex sales-related issues. Track attendance, discipline, and adherence to company policies. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve sales results. Coordinate with management and other departments to achieve business objectives. RequirementsPrevious experience in sales, telesales, or team handling is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel or reporting tools. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
