Tele Calling Executive

About the Role

Meditech Corporations is a healthcare technology and medical devices company specializing in dialysis equipment, RO plants and related solutions. We are looking for a Telecaller to connect with prospective and existing customers, handle enquiries and support our sales team through consistent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to hospitals, dialysis centres, clinics and other prospective customers.

Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate introductory information about our products and services.

Understand customer requirements and share qualified leads with the sales team.

Schedule appointments, product discussions and follow-up calls.

Follow up on enquiries and quotations in coordination with the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, requirements and follow-up dates.

Share product information through approved email and WhatsApp communication.

Prepare daily call and lead-status reports.

Refer technical questions to the appropriate sales or service team.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales or a similar customer-facing role.

Experience in the healthcare or medical-equipment sector is preferred.

Clear communication skills in Malayalam and English.

A polite, professional telephone manner and good listening skills.

Ability to follow up consistently, handle objections and maintain customer relationships.

Basic computer skills, including data entry, email and Excel.

Ability to work towards agreed calling and lead-generation targets.
