Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound calls

Understand customer requirements and provide accurate solutions.

Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Accurately update customer information and interaction details in the system.

Generate lead for sales manager

Maintain professionalism and proper communication throughout customer interactions.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable communicating with international customers.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office

Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
