Hiring: Chat Support Executive – International Process
Location: Malad, Mumbai
Profile: Chat Support Executive (Non-Voice) Week Offs: 2 Weekly Offs
Shift: Rotational Shifts (including night shifts)

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through live chat and provide accurate resolutions.

Assist customers with their account, service, order, or other process-related queries.

Maintain professional written communication with customers.

Resolve customer issues within the defined timelines.

Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.

Ensure customer satisfaction through effective and timely support.

Eligibility Criteria

Good written English communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
