Job Title: Telecaller

Job Description

We are looking for a confident and articulate Telecounsellor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products/services, and generating leads to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Provide detailed information about products or services
Understand customer requirements and address queries
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
Follow up with Enquires to ensure satisfaction and build relationships
Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to team goals

Qualifications

Good communication and interpersonal skills
