Job Summary
- Co-ordination, Customer service (SEA).
- Converting DDU & DDP shipment and close co-ordination with overseas agent & customer.
- Negotiation freight for LCL & FCL with shipping line & co-loaders.* Handling EXWORKS, FOB, CIF and C&F shipment.
- Co-ordination with Transporter for Delivery of Shipments & Planning for Delivery.
- Co-Ordination with custom clearance dept for getting status and to avail required Documents.
- Preparing Daily Status Report of Export Shipment.
- Solving problems arising in activities related lHandling import documents.* Tracking onwater containers.
- Handling Export EXWORKS, FOB, CIF and C&F shipment.
- Follow up with Shipping line and CHA.
- Co-ordination with Shipper for order confirmation.
