Job Responsibilities
Contact potential students and leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Explain the academy's courses, benefits, fees, and career opportunities to prospective students.
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable training programs.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrollments.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Handle customer queries professionally and build positive relationships with students.
Coordinate with the counseling and marketing teams to generate and convert leads.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students until enrollment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales, customer handling, and lead conversion.
Confidence in speaking with students and explaining course details.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification
- 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with experience in sales, telecalling, education counseling, or business development will have an advantage.
