What You’ll Do

• Identify companies that are hiring (LinkedIn, job portals, research)
• Reach out to HRs, founders \& hiring managers
• Start conversations \& pitch recruitment services
• Understand hiring needs \& qualify leads
• Schedule meetings for the Business Development team
• Maintain lead database \& track outreach
• Follow-ups to convert leads into opportunities

Who Can Apply

• Confident \& comfortable speaking with new people
• Good English communication (spoken \& written)
• Strong interest in networking, research \& outreach
• Self-driven, consistent \& target-oriented

Pay

₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
