What You’ll Do

Identify companies that are hiring (LinkedIn, job portals, research)
Reach out to HRs, founders \& hiring managers
Start conversations \& pitch recruitment services
Understand hiring needs \& qualify leads
Schedule meetings for the Business Development team
Maintain lead database \& track outreach
Follow-ups to convert leads into opportunities

Who Can Apply

Confident \& comfortable speaking with new people
Good English communication (spoken \& written)
Strong interest in networking, research \& outreach
Self-driven, consistent \& target-oriented

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
