Job Responsibilities

Handle hotel room reservations through phone, email, OTA and other booking channels.

Manage individual and group reservations accurately and efficiently.

Handle guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, packages and hotel facilities.

Coordinate with Front Office, Sales and other departments for smooth reservation handling.

Maintain accurate reservation records and update the PMS regularly.

Handle amendments, cancellations, confirmations and special guest requests.

Ensure proper communication of guest preferences and special requirements.

Assist in upselling rooms, upgrades, packages and other hotel services.

Follow up on tentative bookings and ensure timely confirmation.

Maintain professional communication with guests, travel agents and corporate clients.

Ensure all reservation activities comply with the hotel's service standards and procedures.

Candidate Requirements

1–2 years of relevant experience in a 5-star/luxury hotel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of English, both verbal and written.

Strong knowledge of hotel reservations and PMS.

Pleasant personality with excellent grooming and presentation.

Customer-focused and service-oriented approach.

Good coordination and multitasking abilities.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Preferred height

5'4" and above.
