Immigration Consultant (Sales)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Immigration Consultant to spearhead our client acquisition efforts. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will leverage our core offering of free initial consultancy to build trust, assess immigration eligibility, and successfully convert warm leads into retained accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion & Revenue Generation: Proactively engage with leads generated across our digital marketing channels. Pitch our immigration services, handle objections, and consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets and conversion KPIs.

Consultative Selling: Conduct comprehensive assessments with prospects. Utilize the free consultancy session to demonstrate expertise, accurately evaluate visa or PR eligibility, and map out the most viable immigration pathways.

Closing & Onboarding: Present fee structures, outline service agreements, and secure client sign-ons. Ensure a seamless handover of closed accounts to the documentation and processing teams.

Pipeline Management: Maintain rigorous, up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, follow-up schedules, and sales pipeline progress within the CRM.

Strategic Follow-Up

Execute structured follow-up cadences via phone and email to re-engage stalled leads and nurture long-term prospects.

Industry Fluency: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of changing global immigration policies, visa categories, and processing timelines to provide accurate, confident advice that drives sales.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.

Sales Experience

Minimum of 0–3 years of proven experience in B2C sales, consultative selling, or inside sales.

Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in immigration, overseas education consulting, or visa sales is highly preferred but not mandatory if the candidate demonstrates a strong aptitude for learning complex policies.

Track Record: A demonstrable history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets in a high-velocity environment.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
