SENIOR SHIFT INCHARGE – PRODUCTION

- 4+ years’ relevant experience in food manufacturing/production
- Salary
- ₹45,000/month
Requirements
Experience in shift \& manpower management
Knowledge of Food Safety, Quality Systems \& SAP
Spray dryer / food processing experience is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Manage shift-wise production and achieve targets
- Handle manpower, machines, raw materials \& resources
- Monitor production, downtime and material usage
- Ensure quality, food safety, hygiene \& safety standards
- Supervise operators and technicians
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality \& other departments
- Maintain SAP entries, production records \& shift reports
- Ensure compliance with FSMS and quality systems
