SENIOR SHIFT INCHARGE – PRODUCTION

Kochi

Experience

4+ years’ relevant experience in food manufacturing/production

Salary

₹45,000/month

Requirements

Experience in shift \& manpower management

Knowledge of Food Safety, Quality Systems \& SAP

Spray dryer / food processing experience is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Manage shift-wise production and achieve targets
• Handle manpower, machines, raw materials \& resources
• Monitor production, downtime and material usage
• Ensure quality, food safety, hygiene \& safety standards
• Supervise operators and technicians
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality \& other departments
• Maintain SAP entries, production records \& shift reports
• Ensure compliance with FSMS and quality systems

Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
