Job Description

Ayur Bethaniya Ayurveda Hospital is looking for an experienced and service-oriented Executive – Front Office to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in front office, client relations, guest relations, or customer service, preferably from the hospitality industry such as hotels or healthcare institutions such as hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle front office and guest-related activities professionally.
• Welcome and assist guests, patients, and visitors.
• Manage guest enquiries, requests, and feedback.
• Maintain good client relationships throughout their stay.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth guest services.
• Handle check-in, check-out, bookings, and related front office documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication.
• Attend to telephone calls, messages, and general enquiries.
• Support the team in providing a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in front office, client relations, guest relations, hospitality, hotel, or hospital environments.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and courteous approach towards guests and patients.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments.
• Candidates with experience in hotel or hospital client relations will be preferred.
• Must be willing to stay in the hostel.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
