Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Make customer follow-up calls and maintain customer records.
• Coordinate service appointments and customer visits.
• Collect customer feedback and address concerns professionally.
• Follow up with customers after sales/service.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update customer information.
• Ensure timely communication with customers regarding appointments, vehicle status, and other updates.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports as required.
• Assist the CRM team in achieving customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
• Good telephone etiquette.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Freshers can apply.

Pay

₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
