Internship Studio is hiring a Non-Tech Customer Support Intern for our team in Baner, Pune!

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide timely and effective support to customers by addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Create and manage support tickets using our internal ticketing system, ensuring clear documentation of all interactions.
- Communicate updates, collect additional details, and ensure customers have a positive experience.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using computer applications.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required!
