Internship Studio is hiring a Non-Tech Customer Support Intern for our team in Baner, Pune!

Baner, Pune( Work from Office)

Duration

3 to 6 Months

Stipend

₹10,000/month

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide timely and effective support to customers by addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Create and manage support tickets using our internal ticketing system, ensuring clear documentation of all interactions.
• Communicate updates, collect additional details, and ensure customers have a positive experience.

Skills Required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage customer queries with patience and professionalism.
• Proficiency in using computer applications.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required!
